The SERVICED OFFICE concept allows you to use equipped, comfortable and hospitable offices, even for short periods, as well as a number of extra services, such as instantly-activated telephone numbers with personalised answering, fax numbers, and the mailing address of the centre on all documents (letter paper, business cards, folders). Our staff are also available to assist you in all your clerical needs.

A centralised, multilingual secretarial service will receive your messages and visitors from 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays. A voice mail service is also available, and messages can be checked externally for each telephone number assigned.

Each air-conditioned office is completely furnished with one or more desk, wardrobes, drawers, a typing desk and everything else required to comfortably go about your business, receive visitors and file document.
